Wow, that's cheaper than the fixed price interim service! I've just managed to get some OEM plugs cheap, I am sure they will be pleased that I am supplying my own...

Re: V6 service & MOT cost

I've just been quoted £522 for the 5 year service on my V6S, £200 for plugs seems excessive to me! Think I will be questioning that one

Re: Rubber Floor Mats?

Thanks for the reply :D I've managed to find the OEM ones for £60 delivered, I would rather go with OEM as the fitment tends to be better. I had noticed that some stated not for AWD, but the ad for these doesn't, think I will drop them a message before ordering. http://www.lancasterjaguarshop.co.uk/...

Rubber Floor Mats?

Hi All

Looking to buy some rubber floor mats to use over the winter, has anyone bought the OEM ones or found decent after market ones?

Cheers

Re: % Message on dash

Thanks for the quick reply - it's not something I had seen before, I pushed the start button, noticed the 38% and it disappeared as the car started.

% Message on dash

Hi All On my way into work this evening, I spotted a '38%' message on the dash, it disappeared before I could read the whole thing. I am guessing its a brake pad wear indicator? Can anyone shed any light on this? Hopefully I will see the full message when I leave work in the morning, but thought I w...

With that budget you should be able to find a good second hand V6S - I did! Let someone else take the hit.

As someone said above, mine is 18 months old, pretty much fully loaded with toys - there are plenty out there.

Rotten luck!   Had a similar problem getting a flat early on with mine. Went to ATS but the hole was too close to the sidewall to repair (otherwise I think they'd have done it then, but I wasn't surprised really).   New tyre ordered whilst I was there (at pretty much the same price as the website, ...

Going off the subject blade_76, but you have owned some serious cars over the years. Just wondered what you thought about the Audi R8 - my dream car, but the complete lack of any sort of useful luggage space always made me have a rethink! How long have you got? The R8 was my dream car and it turned...
