The 19” wheels will use the higher profile tyres to compensate.
Ignoring the out of round on both profiles you have increased the distance travelled per revolution by 96mm, so the dsc will be reacting to this.

That’s what I did yep - Draper, Sealey, Laser, Hilka all sell them. Usually 500ml capacity and some are clear sided and graduated.

Yep, an open diff isn’t very fussy about its oil. Look for the correct grade and a high shear resistance. Yes, certainly use 2 stud extensions after going to all that trouble. If only 1 was used there’s a real danger of the wheel doing a pendulum movement once it’s clear of the other 4 studs.
