On my m/y ‘14 the rear daylight running lights did not come on, but on my m/y ‘19 they do. I’ve also noticed this when in a convoy, the rears don’t come on in early cars.

I think they are a weak link to break if you overload the boot space and have powered hydraulic rams to open and close the rear tailgate. I have a P340 - M/Y ‘19 - first registered 01/04/19 which has the old headlights and I’m wondering why? Could it really have been in stock unsold for 9 months?
