what constitutes high mileage?

How many miles is too high to consider buying a cheap(ish) f type? Anyone driving a high mileage vehicle and any problems?

In the old days 30K miles was high - my old company car (20 years ago) had no issues after 100K, but what would people think for an f-type now a days?

thanks for thoughts

price changes throughout the year

I've been saving very hard and am within 12 months or so of having enough money for a gorgeous F Type. Having been watching the prices for used vehicles (mainly autotrader) I think they have reduced noticeably in the last couple of months. Is this just due to people getting rid of before the bad wea...

Re: To extend the warranty?

I always consider a few things when deciding on a service plan / insurance. As has been said, on average you will lose out as the insurance company has to make money. So the core question is - can you afford to find the most likely cost of any repair? If you keep the car over a number of years and p...

Saving hard, info on differences

Hi all you knowledgeable lot,
Almost getting enough saved to get a used F type, can anyone point me to list of tweaks and changes year-by-year?
Looking at 3 litre version, either power output, probably 2013 to 2015(maybe 16 if I save really hard).
Thanks in advance

Re: used price variation

Thanks for all the info, it has certainly narrowed the options a bit. All I need now is the dosh. But that doesn't stop me from looking everywhere.

Any recommended non-Jaguar dealers?

Thanks for the offer of a history search, simpleR

used price variation

Hi all, lusting after an f-type for years, can't quite afford one yet, but looking more seriously :D and I wanted some advice on what is a reasonable price differential for the different places to buy. So from a Jaguar dealer if the price is 35k, what other options are there and how much cheaper rep...
