Re: Adjust the bonnet
If you adjust the bumper, make sure your headlamp washer jets still retract fully (ask how I know). Washer jet mechanism on the F type a contained unit, fitted to bumper itself. Re: Adjust the bonnet
Hello Frank, You may find that lifting the bumper an alternative to dropping the bonnet. If the panel gaps are good elsewhere around the bonnet . The leading edge of my bumper, where it meets the bonnet is raised with the aid of 2 stainless steel washers. Fitted between the metal frame and plastic u...

Re: Doors
I have a brand new 450p convertible. Washing it for the first time yesterday I noticed that both doors are not flush with the frame . They are flush at the bottom front edge and also the leading edge near the locks . However, just where the doors curve the protrude ! Back to the dealer I'm afraid M...

Re: How to jack an F-type?
Here are the correct jacking point locations for the F Type (black dots). I'm sure this has been flagged before. Jaguar cut and pasted an ailian into the manual. This is not the underside of an F Type so don't go looking for jacking point's that far inboard at the front. I believe the Jacking point...

Re: Kaspa is back
I believe there are only possibly 5 SVRs in Velocity Blue in the UK. I know owners of two others (one of those cars had a number of problems and was returned to the dealer). I think there's another owner around London that came up on one of the Facebook groups last year and then there's the crash r...

Re: GC motors SVR
I keep coming back to this car, I wonder how easy it is to obtain the original interior panels. However reading the original post from 19 says stone chipped bonnet and wheel 😬 This is well appointed car in a rare colour. Re: Carbon brake mounting pins
Unfortunately you'll need a female thread for the studs.
M12 x 1.5 I think! Perhaps someone can confirm.
I'm sure you’ve looked everywhere, but Just in case. My wheel bars were in the side of the tyre inflator pouch.
