I see this on that edge too, I treat mine to some leather paint using a small brush which blacks it back, for a while at least.

Hi, I have an almost identical 2.0l 2019 R-Dynamic and can confirm there is indeed an earthing point and pass through of heavy duty starting cables on that inner wing

Thats not ideal!

But it's normally Caliper off, Disc Off, Use a stud remover ideally, you can hammer out the studs but be careful you can do more damage than good, new studs in and tighten them back into position using a spacer block.

All you can do is clean it up, see if just a spill that's dried up. Yes the black round thing is the common ground connector for various circuits. I notice you have a thin Red wire leading from the Battery Bus-Bar unfused outside of the Fuse box, I'm guessing that's aftermarket, and looks a little v...

I have side skirts and the Halfords Low Profile Jack fits perfectly on the Jacking points, front and rear, no blocks of wood required. Its a perfectly good jack for home use. If you go the blocks of wood route, be careful to ensure the car lowers properly on the blocks after working on it otherwise ...
