Re: Jaguar Free 7 day Insurance
Hi They wouldn't do it for me as my 19MY P300 did not have the Jag tracker fitted, irrespective of having all the latest In-Control tech to track the cars location! They refused to consider offering insurance whether drive away or annual due to the lack of Tracker. Ludicrous Jag insurance refusing t...

Re: Frozen Locks
"Gummipflege" - Forgot about that just done it! Thanks for the reminder. Freezing locks used to be a regular occurrence on my Vantage - as said above hot water may solve the immediate problem but if we have a stretch of freezing weather will only make things worse, I think WD 40 do a lock ...

Re: Incontrol issues
Had a similar problem when I first got my car.
My issue was that the SIM card has to be activated and registered from the car itself. If you register it, as I did from the home computer it will not work.
Dealer provided a replacement SIM and we did everything from the car and its wifi hot spot.

Re: tyre pressures
Mine is a daily drive and used in all weathers and I tend to run tire pressures closer to high speed recommended pressures in Summer and closer to the comfort recommended tire pressure of 37psi (but never below) during Winter. Tyre pressures naturally drop in cold weather, I think the ratio is for e...

Re: Exhaust Note
If you boot it from about 40mph you'll hear it! Doesn't sound bad for a 2L four pot.
On idle and at at low revs, nothing to write home about but even the V6 & V8 are being quietened due to new regs.
