Re: Beaulieu Simply Jaguar day Sunday 26 June 2022
Ooh sounds fun. I somewhat foolishly sold my F-Type when someone offered me thousands more than I'd paid for it 30 months and 10,000 miles ago. I'm still toyless and still undecied about what to replace her with. Another one is highly possible but not before 26th. I'm still regularly lurking on here...

Re: max verstappens 2022 f1 car
An applling way to end the Championship. Whoever wins after an appeal it'll be hollow due to Masi's utter incompetence. I'm really happy for Max but Lewis completely dominated today, mainly due to RBs tyres at the start and MVs awful getaway but to be handed the victory on the final lap by Masi chea...

Re: Hmm to Harwoods or not to……
£205 per hour!!! Jesus that's expensive  Yeah but it does include Rishi's 20% Service secretary/telephonist/invoice handler said it wasn't as exensive as Porsche. My reply "And your point is?" It's not the labour cost alone I'm squirming at, it's the way they seemed to think...

Re: Hmm to Harwoods or not to……
Update from me. Decided to go to Harwoods to keep the FJSH as she's being replaced next year. Fixed price £289. They have no idea about their own £299 deal that included brake fluid change. When I showed them the email they said it was a bit ambiguous! They then said the £299 deal had fewer checks. ...

Re: Hi All
Hi and welcome. There are still a lot out there and the prices are all "negotiable" as we all look to divert our budget to trees and turkeys. FWIW I am considering selling mine v soon as I have a new toy incoming. I'm not a Jaguar dealer but the price will reflect that! Plus it has a trans...

Re: The F-Type Hypermiling Challenge!
Interesting but doesn't all this seem a little sad ;) If I seriously cared about mpg I'd just take my child murdering Diesel, drive it like a nun with 9 points and coast everywhere. But this is a 340 hp cat and the more fuel and rubber I use up and the louder I make it, the bigger my grin

Re: Hmm to Harwoods or not to……
Thanks for all the info, very useful. I'm due a service very soon and am considering both Harwoods Chi and Arun! Last year it went to Harwoods and I was not unhappy apart from the invoice. I was rather apprehensive following my consistent dire experiences with Harwoods Audi at Five Oaks but fortunat...

Re: Windscreen washer front water tank
Hi Darren You've not had the car a month yet. Or should I say MY car!! I would ask Ashley Nickells, where you bought it, to look at it or at least ask them who to take it to. Even if you didn't get a warranty I think we can safely assume the fault existed before you bought the car, so the dealer wil...

Re: Some dealers don't help themselves
Let’s assume the guy polishing it hadn’t left the door handle out and given it a whack with the polisher 🙄 It was an XF with handle hanging on by wires. Maybe the door handle fitter was busy but the polisher was at a loose end? ;) Busy maybe but by midday both these cars should have been eit...

Re: Some dealers don't help themselves
Can the dealer be named please. Or at least the town! I arrived at a main dealer in Crawley a while back. It was midday. One apparently AUC had a flat tire and another was being polished even though it had a door handle hanging off. Incredible. The car I went to test drive had major electrical greml...
