Re: Potential Mis-advertisement of Tracker.
Hi everyone. I have an issue i'd appreciate some input on. I bought my F Type in May of this year from a Jaguar dealership. Was very happy with the car but after a week I noticed a couple of odd issues. One was the window seals/scratches on driver and passenger glass. The second is in relation to t...

Re: Voice Instructions using CarPlay
Hi, my car is MY20 running S21A infotainment software. I don’t get voice instructions when using waze or Googlemaps through CarPlay. I was told that this was a known issue that would be fixed with a software update in Oct 21 but my car still says it’s up to date with S21A, and still doesn’t give me...

Re: New owner of V6 S
So the saga of the front parking sensors continues - they supplying used car dealer (not JLR) has said that the sensors on the front bumper must be aftermarket ones added on, and they have stopped working - but there is no sign of an extra button in the cabin, and the sensors in the front bumper lo...

Re: Launch control or similar?
Hi all I was watching a youTube clip the other day and the guy driving it was doing a standing start test. It was an S that he was driving (I've got a MY 2014 V6 base model). He held his foot on the break and floored the accelerator and it kept it at 4k revs and effectively launched him. Is this a ...

Re: Service Rip off?
Ok just back from West Motor Jaguar Kingston, 6yr service completed, but I am bit suspicious: 1. Jaguar quotes £700.33 online (not sure incl or excl VAT, I think with VAT but I might be wrong), I was charged £883 (736.52 + VAT) Does anyone know if the Jaguar website prices are including or excludin...

Re: Question on 3G/4G.
Dear madam/sir, From the online manuals I derived that all JLR models since MY2018 have "4G" capability for the infotainment, traffic info eg. I wonder about the "secure" part. Is this equivalent technology ? So if a webbrowser has 4G in the infotainment, the 'secure' technology...

Re: Jaguar Assist
Hi I wondered what is covered by Assist and are my expectations overly optimistic. To avoid hitting on oncoming van on Sunday on the wrong side of the road I had to drive onto a verge and burst a tyre. Calling Assist first reply was that I couldn’t travel in the breakdown truck and would have to ma...

Re: Service schedule and warranty
My 3rd service and 1st MOT next week has been moved back to 8th July. Have been told not to worry about warranty work or any issues arising because all covered. Other than the car saying 0 miles to service I'm back at work and on the road everyday. Good Morning, Jaguar acknowledges that there will ...

Re: Service feedback
I had my FType SVR serviced on the 7th January at Williams Manchester and subsequently in reply to both dealership and JaguarCars requests for feedback gave honest and poor feedback on the experience I have heard nothing back from the dealership even though have sent multiple replies by SMS to orig...
