Bit late on updates as i forgot to update at the time. It was the exhaust butterfly valves at back.

Mine is more of a squeek rather than a clunk and its right at engine shutdown, not delayed.
Will take the top cover off and check more closely where that sound is coming.

Hi Guys 2015 F Type R. Upon switching engine off i can hear a short squeel or squeek. Start up and idle / reving no sound, only on turning off as engine stops there is a squeek.
