When the main dealer updated the 8" incontrol pro in my 2018 F-Type 400 that had never been updated, they managed to brick the Telematics module which they replaced under warranty,since being updated sota has worked faultlessly.

Finally everything is now working,new Telematics module,sota working, hotspot,4g,running 21b now, thanks for the advice
