It sounds like one of the captured nuts in the frame is loose. The dealers were sent a tool to repair this years ago. All that is needed is the drill a new hole & install the nutsert.

The problem is as of yesterday it was not on the US or UK versions of Topix. I had Cambo also check as well & said it was not up.

Do you have the rest of the bulletin? It will contain part numbers & fitting instructions. You have just posted what the bulletin addresses not the whole bulletin.
