Re: MY15 Nav Question
I have had this before. Try the battery as SCM said firstly. I think you’ll find it will need a replacement antenna, however this is pretty straightforward.

Re: Opening the boot
Delighted to confirm no battery connection necessary, car back up and running and all well except didn’t reboot satnav. Another question, is there a fuse you can remove to stop the warning pedestrian safety system not working until I get round to replacing sensor (s)? If so the actual fuse grateful...

Re: Need a car cover for my coupe for outdoor use
Be careful with outdoor covers. If there is any grit whatsoever on any of the corners or inside the cover, the cover will start to scratch the paint.

Re: Convertible Owners - what are they like in the winter?
I’ve had F Type in both convertible and now coupe form. You definitely get more noise from the convertible when the roof is down. It’s fantastic. Putting the windows down on the coupe helps but it’s not the same. I prefer the look of the coupe but didn’t dislike the convertible. All in all I prefer ...

Re: Difficult Choice of V8's
For the unofficial record, I had a 450 loaned to me whilst my 550 R was being serviced. I DID notice a difference in performance, but then as someone said, the 450 sometimes run higher BHP and likewise the 550s have been reported to run nearer the high 500s (580-590). There is obviously going to be...

Re: Have 2023 BTO processing but searching for 2018/2019 pre opf. Is it worth it?
All MY18 should be without GPF (EU6) however there might be exceptions for non UK markets. That's model year not reg year. At around car 59207 the cars changed to be EU6d with Gasoline particulate filters (GPF). This seems to tie in when the model number rolled over to MY19 (remembering model years...

Be careful putting weight on those aluminium panels when pushing. Anywhere other that the door frame and it could end in disaster.

Re: Fuel Treatment
Hi, In what context did they advise you? Have you had any issues with the engine or injectors? Have they advised you as a preventative measure? Has it been mentioned incase you’re using standard fuel (or now E10) as opposed to super unleaded E5? I thought (maybe wrong) that the manual advises not to...
