Re: Otterbourne?

I'm going to do a run to Carlo's in East Wellow tomorrow,so you might spot me as I travel through deepest Hampshire. I used to live nearby many years ago. Need to make the most of these nice driving days, before the winter sets in. Carlo's was a frequent stop in my youth, proper Italian gelato made ...

Re: InControl App

Harwoods transferred the InControl over for me. It was working by the time I got home. But the salesman who sorted it out for me did say it was a bit temperamental in that it sometimes it switches straight away and occasionally it can take a couple of days.

Sounds like the dealer is on the case. It'll be interesting to find out what the problem is.

Re: Some muppet crashed into my F Type and drove away 😡

I have always reckoned that 25% of the population are selfish, ignorant or stupid. It has nothing to do with age, background, intelligence or education as I've come across people with Oxbridge degrees etc. who this applies to just the same. They were born R soles and will always be. For example, my ...

Re: New but need some advice

I've generally only use the paddles to change up early in sport/dynamic, to get the crack from the exhaust on the upchange. Other than that I leave the auto to do its thing.

Re: Rising oil level on V8

My 2019 car oil level indicator is also more erratic than my previous one. It would first read overfilled then drop to OK after 15 seconds, then drop a segment or whatever after another 15 seconds, then remain there. I mentioned it when on for service and they applied a software update. It now goes ...

Re: Hmm to Harwoods or not to……

I have a five year service plan so have been using a main dealer, when this runs out I will be considering Mercury Cars in Hutton. https://mercurycars.co.uk/ I took out a 3 year service plan recently via Jaguar.co.uk (administered by EMAC the same as for new cars). It was significantly cheaper when...

Re: Newbie logging in for the first time

You won't need plugs changed, with only 10,000 miles they are good for a few years yet
