Regarding regulations, I think that permitted noise levels are yet to be decided. I doubt an F Type on full song would comply!

They only introduce new/facelifted models to make existing customers want to trade up. There is only a limited demand for such specialist cars.

The second battery is a much smaller lithium iron device on the rhs of the boot floor. It’s a piece of electronic gadgetry that doesn’t look remotely like a battery!

It can scrape on the ground but its 'sacrificial'. Easy to replace. May occasionally require rubbing along the bottom edge with coarse sandpaper.

I had my silver ones powder coated in black. It makes it much easier to do an ‘invisible’ touch in repair. These knocks are always going to happen and you just can’t keep going back to the wheel specialists.
