Re: Service Time

SimpleR's check will be more definitive but it is likely to be this one then at 10 years... Capture.JPG I see it did an impressive >20k miles in the MOT year to last September including all that lock down - you might want to check for blue flashing lights on the roof ;) Enjoy the drive when you get ...

Re: Service Time

It varies by model and MY.
Best is to go to the JLR online service history, plug in your VIN, and view the service schedules.
SimpleR states how to do this on the diff oil thread.

Re: Pedestrian impact protection

It could be a sensor behind the front bumper. When I had the front nosecone re-sprayed back to as new condition I had this and they just had to clean a connection and it was fine. Hopefully yours is something similarly simple to resolve. There are several people on here with good access to the works...

Re: Service Time

At that mileage plugs should be fine, problem is with them seizing in the head, which some have had issues with. Have I missed something here? I thought (and have experienced) it was just the injectors that are known to have this issue and can break off in the cylinder head. Surely with the thread ...

I'm having mine done by an indy next month at £247.80 as I feel it's a good investment in keeping the car in tip top cond...

Welcome!
And congratulations - that’s a lovely looking F.
I’m sure you’ll find the drives more of an occasion than the Scalextric - sorry Tesla ;)
Enjoy the feeling.

Online Brochures for 7x MYs

Well maybe it's just me who hadn't noticed this before - and I spend enough time looking at the Approved Used Jag site! - but it you scroll down on the linked page you have the option to open up the F-Type brochure for seven different model years. Could be handy for those wanting to compare features...
