Stone chips and PPF

I've recently noticed there are a small PPF in the rear corner of the panel below the doors. I have PPF covered the front of the car (e.g. the bonnet, the wing mirror, etc...) but the not the rear part of the car.

Does anyone else have that?

New - need insurance suggestions

I am with Aviva previously with the SLK and now the F Type as find them most reasonable. Jaguar quoted me over £1,200 but Aviva is less than £600. I have multicar with Aviva, so I don't know the exact amount for the F Type

Heated Front Screen

Mine works on both side but I can see a clear line / gap in the middle of the windscreen where it usually takes slightly longer to clear.

So, I think it's screen is wired in halves.

Traffic Announcement

Does anyone have any problem with TA? I've enabled it but TA never comes up. Do I need to tune it on radio station or something?

I usually have my ipod on.

Thanks

Winter Tyres

Hi all,Given the winter is upon us, I just want to see what others' thoughts are on winter tyres. Are they needed in the UK for the F Type?I've had winter tyres for my previous car and haven't really tested them due to the "lack of snow" in the past few years, but the forecast suggests we might get ...

Order Placed!!!

Thanks all! I am using it as a daily car and am loving it!MOz, unfortunately I haven't driven a 20" so have can't make any comparison. But coming from a SLK, the F Type is a completely different beast. The noise is awesome (not sure if all the neighbours agree!) and the dynamic mode can be quite addi...

Order Placed!!!

Finally picked up the car yesterday!!! A couple of things I've noticed on top of the car being great and sound absolutely awesome:1.) The Incontrol Remote is cool and the engine start is addictive. Do anyone has the meaning of the different symbol and the colour?2.) I've connected an ipod to the USB...

New cat on the block

Congrat CBSR!

Nice spec and cool colour. I think Ammonite Grey definitely looks class on the F Type. :)

Question on the Meridian sound, does the standard not come with CDs? What's the difference between standard and Meridian?

Another order placed!

I've too recently placed an order and the dealer is offering GAP (~£659), Alloy/Tyre (£399) and Minor Damage Insurance (£399).I remember having these with the TT I had a few years ago and they were about the same price. Definitely will be tempted to get all three.I've asked the dealer about the fact...
