Re: Wet air filters
It’s here on the LHS under the cover panel. Be gentle with it - just tapping it with the palm of your hand gets most of the debris out - and be sure to replace it facing the same way for the airflow. Some filters have a helpful arrow but this Crossland one was from Halfords - still has the charcoal ...

I guess it’s unlikely to happen on both sides though, and first time I’ve heard of this ...

Re: Wet air filters
My air cleaner elements were changed at 4 years at the dealer service, but then left until 5 years on the advice of Adam at Tom Lenthall. 4 years is up to 64k miles so, unusual water issues notwithstanding, the filters will still be working efficiently for most people’s annual mileage - mine came ou...

Re: Rear tail light query
Not sure when the shape changed but as far as I know you just need to check if it’s the original circular bottom shaped or the later squared off bottom shape - and maybe if it’s normal colour or smoked effect.

Re: Long Runs?

He should have gone for something more robust.

Re: “Heritage 60” Auction
Have to say I second that. Was looking at some “cheap” newish reg R’s recently but, not withstanding their hidden histories, I can’t get my head around the new-look front end when compared to Ian Callum’s original lines. Being “of an age” I also prefer analogue dials and have no need for widgets on ...

Re: grand tour
Good MOT history though - up until the filming.
