It’s here on the LHS under the cover panel. Be gentle with it - just tapping it with the palm of your hand gets most of the debris out - and be sure to replace it facing the same way for the airflow. Some filters have a helpful arrow but this Crossland one was from Halfords - still has the charcoal ...

If it had been one filter that was sodden I’d have suspected a stuck or debris jammed drain valve - like the leaking one-way washer valves you sometimes hear of - and water splashing into the air box from below. I guess it’s unlikely to happen on both sides though, and first time I’ve heard of this ...

My air cleaner elements were changed at 4 years at the dealer service, but then left until 5 years on the advice of Adam at Tom Lenthall. 4 years is up to 64k miles so, unusual water issues notwithstanding, the filters will still be working efficiently for most people’s annual mileage - mine came ou...

Not sure when the shape changed but as far as I know you just need to check if it’s the original circular bottom shaped or the later squared off bottom shape - and maybe if it’s normal colour or smoked effect.

It does actually - just go to the next tab along and choose the service to view, then you can see / print out the items listed for that particular service 👍 IMG_3022.jpeg IMG_3023.png Of course you have to trust what was actually done (diff oil, plugs, etc.) if not specifically stated in the history...
