I imagine that because there is a vin number, the car has been built, so its just the matter of transporting to the relevant dealer

Doesn't really matter how they are transported as when they arrive at the dealers, their detailers will get to work introducing more scratches & swirls to the paintwork. :o Do not let the dealership prepare your car. I always tell them to leave the car as it comes off the transporter, don't even...

Don't think you need Y rating ( https://www.tyrespeedrating.co.uk/) although after writing this, I just checked my P Zeros & they are Y rated so it looks like you do need them as insurance companies look for any way out
