Re: Fuse 15
Best analysis for the Ppf cars was a write up on the US forum. (I probably put a link on here somewhere in the past). The valves are sneaky, they can be open when you startup, but as soon as you apply revs/move off they start to close. Pulling the fuse easily confirms this. (P300 might throw limp ho...

- F87 BMW M2 Comp (head purchase) - Jaguar F-Type S or R old gen pre-facelift (heart purchase) I think you know already what you to do. It's the same decision the majority of us went through and why we drive F types. The M2 is a great car, lots to recommend and will be more practical having four se...

Farecla clay mitt is my favourite, as it's easy to use and doesn't need special lube. Slippery as a fish before you start polishing.

Re: One DRL is half as bright as the other.
It's generally the left headlamp when sitting in the driver's seat, as the same problem exists on both sides of the pond. What is interesting is that both part numbers (left side lamps UK and US) despite being different have the same problem, so there the same dodgy component inside both. As part of...

Re: Fuse 15
Yep the 'plastic screw thingies' are a bit counter intuitive, in that you seem to have to do them up a bit so that you can put them back in. For the ppf cars (68 plate on ish) it's a Goldielocks mod. i.e not too quiet and not too loud, just right for all the time. Although it's probably worth puttin...

Try doing a reset and manually searching for the phone network. Change Auto to Manual on the relevant menu. Configurations for UK networkd are in this link.

Re: Ceramic Coating – Buff or Bluff?
Ta! Might look at that. I have a couple of things that are supposed to strip coatings but they aren't really that effective. Some cutting compound with a DA polisher does the job, but it'd have been easier without having a ceramic coating. I didn't pay anything for it and it seems to be something qu...

Re: Fuse 15
My car went in for warranty work and I forgot to put the fuse back. Doh! The technician phoned to ask if I knew that the exhaust was stuck open and when I told him why, he said he had thought I might have done something as it sounded nice!

Re: Aftermarket Black Pack
I undid the wing bolts (top of the wing and 2 on the inside of the door shut) if you use a thin rag over the 10mm socket you can save the paint on the bolts so they dont strip. Also use a rag to cover the hole in the sill at the bottom of the side panel, in case you drop a side bolt in there. Maski...
