Can't see anything in the manual about the removal, but looking at parts list I don't see many fixings. Looking at my one it looks to be bonded or glued.

I wasn't after the cylinder firing order but it was useful to also have that information.

It includes both the cylinder numbering and the cylinder firing order.

I would say anything greater than a 1:6 you would hit the deflector on the underside that's about 10 degrees.
