Re: Possible purchase

Cheers Luke, in no rush as I have just had knee surgery so can’t drive anyway. Just getting a feel for things.
My last car was red and a nightmare to keep clean, no garage unfortunately.
Cheers

Re: 335 v 375bhp

Thanks for the info, I was unaware the 335 did not have the lsd and dynamics as the 375. More homework needed. Will definitely oook into the mapping mods though, still looking for right F Type at the moment.

335 v 375bhp

So, I am researching the differences between the 3.0 V6S engine variations. Apart from 0.2 seconds difference 0-60 and a 10mph too end difference, there is not much between them although the cost difference is large. So, my question is, can you buy a 335 bhp model and then have it remapped to a 375 ...

Re: F type depreciation/ value

So, I have sold my car, didn't get anything near what I wanted for it but the second hand market is rubbish, for the marque and it is better to have the cash in your hand than a car sat on your drive doing nothing but losing value. So, I ma looking at cars, trawling the internet at present and I am ...

Re: F type depreciation/ value

Many thanks for all the advice peeps, very helpful. SCM, are you in the trade, much appreciate the offer of doing a search, will definitely keep you in mind. My budget will be around £30-35,000. I am looking at getting the F Type V6S, not sure which engine configuration as yet, probably the best I c...

Re: Appalling Build Quality

Afternoon gents, interesting to read the varying views on the build qualities. Having owned a few TVR’s in my time, such things as Friday cars do exist unfortunately. So, with that in mind, I am new to the forum, considering buying an F type, 3.0 V6 S. Just looking for some pointers on what to look ...
