Re: Cost V’s mileage

The first F-Type I test drove seriously was a year old with 10,000 miles on. It was nice, but there were a few things that made it look like it had done 10,000 miles, so I was undecided about it. It's all part of a Cunning Plan(tm) to get us to keep our old "inefficient" cars instead of wasting our money on new, more dangerous, ones. I'm keeping mine forever!

They should if you've notified them of the change (and paid the additional premium!).

Re: Keyless Entry Door Unlocking

I haven't tried the boot but I have noticed that when the door handle is out you can't press the handle in not wanting to force it. So when the car is parked up say at a show and you don't need to lock it can you have the handles in flush or is locking it the only way to have them in when you are o...

Re: History clarification please.

If it makes you feel any better mine is an ex-Paragon car that came back to Jaguar after 1 year with 12,380 miles on it. By way of contrast mine was also an ex-Paragon car that was apparently a manager's car which I bought after a year with 1300 (count 'em!) miles on it. Brand new car for a 30% dis...

Re: Keyless Entry Door Unlocking

Can you open the boot by pressing the release button under the lid with the fob in your pocket? Can you lock the car my double-pressing the door handle in? Of course, the handbook is rather generic and may refer to things not actually fitted to your car. As Lunar asked, do you have a button in the d...

Re: New car

Welcome to the club! (We'll need pictures, of course!) I'm not familiar with the latest version but you should have a look at the Vehicle Settings menu where you may be able to activate the things you think appear not to be working as you'd like. Regarding point 3 - not sure how you can check how mu...
