The pipe in the tank is fixed. It draws fuel from the same place. There is no difference between a full and empty tank as far as the extraction goes.
You will get the same amount of gunk from a full tank as from an empty one.

I chose one because it is discrete and the shape somehow fits in with the car, almost OEM.
