Re: Is AWD vital?
R RWD is absolutely fine in poor weather
The engine has so much torque you can short shift and ride the torque and so still make good progress and not fly off into a hedge.
The RWD really gives the R the character of something special

It is and they do I bought one. 63 plate R coupe ... customer production started on 14 plate. The car was built in 2016 but was registered in 2017 but it must have a age related plate. The V5 will tell you that it had manual Type approval as it was pre-production Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk ...

Re: 310 mile 2016 Firesand SVR
Pre-production means the car is built before Job 1. Job 1 is when the production line start rolling. Given the mileage, it must have been used as a static car ... perhaps display around the world, but equally could have been used for technical purposes to perfect production methods Sent from my iPho...

65 plate ?
JLR pre-production car
Ask to see the V5 and look at the notes section on the bottom of the front page.
I would inspect it VERY carefully ... it’s probably been pulled apart and put back together about 4 times over

Re: Manual BRG Coupe
That looks rather nice ... and desirable, unlike the launch edition E-Pace sat next to it ... it looks great but too much press coverage has highlighted the old chassis tech ... shame really ... Is the blue coupe without a roof a sold order? The blue coupe is a P300 with a frankly ridiculous £9,000...
