If you go to osh.jaguar.com and type in your VIN you can download the service schedules for your vehicle.

For my MY18 V8 R AWD the rear diff fluid should be renewed every 4 years, front every 9 years and the transfer box every 3 years.

The "usual" cause I've seen reported is the drain holes in the roof storage area block and water gathers by the motors and rots them. I've a coupe so have no personal experience.

And on the I-Pace forum. But if there really is a key shortage, I'm not sure what can be done - I'm sure Jaguar would rather ship cars with one key than half the number of cars with two keys.
