get them on the case now.
they should be able to speak directly to the factory to find out when your car is due on the assembly line. then book the tour accordingly.

i havent had to use jaguar assist.... but i would have expected them to turn up within a couple of hoours, like the AA.
if thats not the case, then what do jag assist actually do?!

i dont know if anyone else has mentioned this - but if youve ordered a NEW jag, have you not been invited to see it being built at castle brom??! speak to your dealer. you should be able to see your actually car on the line. The build process works 'generally' like this: there are alluminium pressed...

@semminha, dont worry about it.

we obviously assumed it was a clean carpark as you took us there, but none of us spotted the signage either. : )
its not expensive, its only half a tank of fuel lol.

make sure you arrange another though. was great fun.

i really want to do NC500!! the family has a property north of Aberdean that i had planned to use as a 'base' on the way there and back. never had anyone to go with mind you. i always miss out on the cool trips. ive taken the jag around northern scotland before, wales, and cornwall. as well as inbtw...
