Unsure how things work in EU, but UK would also give you options on protected no claims, courtesy car, legal cover, uninsured drivers etc with fully comp.

I thought, behind the number plate was just a proximity sensor to detect the key.

I am not aware of a separate part number just for buttons.
I presume yours were attached when you purchased the car in June (with the 6 months warranty) and have since come off.
Are there are parts numbers on the bits that have come off? Or could they be re-attached?
