Locked and alarmed works for me.

I bought an Optimate to keep my m/c battery conditioned. During covid I didn't use the Jag very often and used the Optimate on the front terminals every week or two without any problems.

Are the tips stainless or chrome plated I wonder? I'm wary of polishing through chrome to whatever layer is underneath. I think I see a slight brass colour in a little place on one of mine, perhaps a previous owner polished them nearly to death?

The standard exhaust on a 2015 is wide open to start with, only quietens after a few seconds or if you put it in gear quickly. Probably still quieter than the Quicksilver though.

Have you been eating a lot of beans and fibre lately? (Sorry ! )

Pleasantly surprised at my LV renewal price which, although a couple of hundred higher than last year (around half of that was due to a recent SP30), was considerably lower than all the other 'normal' companies I investigated.
Adding my partner reduces most quotes considerably.

I toured Skye on m/c earlier this year. They seem to have improved much of the worst surfaces since I took the Jag a couple of years ago..
