Its a 14 plate so unless its been sitting on the dealer forecourt i reckon its probably run in.

Dont get me started on quality/csr/pdi's/dealers etc!!
You spend your hard earnt money (lots of it) on their products and they treat you like they dont care about their product until you kick up a fuss!!

Your dealer is talking bo***cks, 3 years is £1000 and 5 is £1500, i got 3 years free as part of my deal, also most spark plugs last more than 30k miles so i would be suprised if they were changing them at the 2nd service.
