I had the same. Turned out it was the missus before the heated seats have come to life.

She makes a similar noise during high speed too.

It looks like it needed a change, thats for sure!

Mine looked like that at about that mileage.

They look like the tiny plates you take off for the wind deflector to me also.

The biggest difference with the Michelins in my experience is that they grip far better in the cold and when cold.

From memory, you prise off the panel above the infotainment screen, then undo the screws holding the infotainment screen surround, then you should be able to see how to get the surround of the ac knobs off. That differential oil sludge is scary.

You've got to question the standard oil Jag put in at factory.

I wonder if the Motul I've now used in mine will be more resiliant anyway.
