Re: Test your and your cars limits

Does your own car insurance cover the damage if you crash during the course ? Mine doesn't... But maybe different rules apply for the insurances in the UK.. My insurance excludes track use, and racing (on or off the highway!). Basically, it only covers driving "sensibly" on public roads. :(

Welcome aboard! Seems F-Types are more exclusive than "supercars" in the States. :)
Looking forward to seeing your pictures.

Welcome aboard! Best place to ask about pad replacement is the Technical section, a bit further down the index page.

Re: To Refurb and Sell or Not

I think you are being a bit strong there labelling people as "morons" who don't have winter tyres. The geography of this country may mean there are parts of the UK where they aren't always necessary. I agree, but you're reading more into my words than I put. You're inferring that I meant ...

Re: Jaguar Factory Tour

Well, you actually posted in the Jaguar Customer Relations section, which is intended for contacting their team to resolve issues. I've flagged it to the mods to move it to a more appropriate section.

Re: Gear Selector

You have to pull the button in and move the stick fully forward - it's easy (as you found) not to do it quite right!

I also discovered you can use the stick to do up and down shifts in Sport mode, instead of using the paddles.
