Re: V6 service & MOT cost

6 years is for the V8, 5 for the V6, there is a thread confirming this and it's on the JLR website.
Agree if you don't know if they have been changed, worth getting done. However if it's always been dealer serviced they can tell if the plugs were done.

Re: Suspension and poor ride comfort

No not driven yet. But I even find the standard BMW M Sport cars too firm. Had a metal roof Z4 (non M Sport) with 19s and sold it pretty quickly. I had an E89 Z4 a few years ago and the F type is carpet smooth in comparison. Go and test drive one. Totally agree, just sold the wife's M Lite and havi...

Re: V6 service & MOT cost

Just to revitalise this thread since there was some good information in there. I just booked my 2014MY V6S in for it's 96month service with my local Jaguar dealer and was pleasantly surprised at the cost, just £535 vs £701 on the Jaguar website. I believe that's for oil, spark plugs and airbox filt...

Lovely looking car😍.
Were the wheels refurbished before this picture or after as there seems to be quite a bit of kerbing on the OSF wheel?

Re: Service plan

Just to confirm that is for 3 years servicing?
I looked at this online and seemed to come out more expensive, may go back and take another look.
Was this on the JLR website?
Can you use any main dealer?

Re: Extended Warranty

Just in the process of renewing mine for end July.
Looked around and the best other option still came in around £800 with any reasonable labour rate and without assist, so am going to go with the JLR full extended warranty.
Still peeves me it's far more expensive than my Porsche Macan's full warranty😡

Re: Looking for a practical sports car.

Certainly coming from a Dax, you don't need FWD. If you are only doing minimal mileage I would definitely go for a Vert, they are very civilised with the top up, it's well insulated with very little road or wind noise and In my opinion looks just as sexy😍 Obviously try both and see which suits your ...

Re: Simply Jaguar Beaulieu 27th June 2021

Would love to attend, but currently it would be day 10 of my return from Spain quarantine, so unless Her Majesty's Government change the rules, it's not going to be possible☹
