Not necessarily - this one has the heated front screen switch you’ll need, BUT you do need to verify it came out of a car with heated seats, as the symbol doesn’t show until powered up - I guess you can also tell by being able to push the rotary dial in, so an easy question to ask. https://www.ebay....

Reasonably straightforward yes - loom is the same, so swap the seats over and I believe you need a new control panel.
Check out how it’s done as you need to move the seats to get at the bolts then set them in a certain position before unplugging the motion loom.
