Only that all that friction and heat needs to cause wear somewhere, ceramic content “low dust” pads are a godsend for cleaner wheels but your discs will wear quicker.

Ah you didn’t mention battery issues. Not sure on your age car but was the battery coded in when it was replaced? Does the hazard warning triangle go out 10 mins after locking the car? Is the boot well dry? Do you have an electrical connection box in the front RH wheel arch? Again, this all points t...

Water pump, Y pipe under charge cooler, corrosion in one of the 3 pack radiators, faulty coolant tank, it could be plenty of things, that’s the problem, and needs a competent technician to check it out.

I’d be more than bemused with a comment like that, that no doubt didn’t come cheap either.
If you can get it to Tom you can be confident he will identify the root cause and be able to resolve it - including the claim if it is under the Jag warranty.

Also sometimes the spotwelds on the actuator can come loose, so although it operates correctly it just pushes the can away from the exhaust. A couple of tie wraps at 90 degrees to each other sorts it

Considering the poor state of them I wouldn't bother replacing like for like - I'd just get some suitable galv or stainless

I think it would be good to add a bit of clarity to what you’re offering Gasman2.
Airbag (I’m guessing not), switch packs (heated wheel shown with no button on switch pack), slip ring and upper wiring harness for the heated wheel (JLR don’t sell these separately), etc…
