Hi Folks,
Test driving a Silver 400 AWD Coupe on Friday morning with the Wife. Been told we can have it for a few hours.
We were looking at a V6 S but the 400 was the only demo they had.

I know its generally a good thing getting a healthy discount, but 10% is easy & it worries me that residuals only suffer.
I have been offered by another dealer a 2000 mile Silver 400 AWD Coupe that I reckon was around £78k new for £64k without even haggling!

Conversely I have also been looking at the gorgeous Lexus LC500 where there are no discounts whatsoever. They also come virtually fully loaded.

The F Type extras list is huge, it wears me out looking at it!

Anyway looking forward to Friday.

If you didn't know the price, and could not see the badge, which one would you be drawn too ... That's the one to buy and forget about residuals ... Which I suspect will be similar in years to come as fewer know what the Lexus IS about and more desire the F-type ...

Just my opinion of course ...

Hi,
Yes thats me, will still be keeping the RS, we need a hatchback for the dog!
Looking forward to tomorrow, will let you know how we get on.

Hi Paul

I part exchanged mine when I got the SVR, great car but as I also have a company car couldn't justify keeping both.
I don't think though if you get a F-type you will want to drive the RS much, so long as the dog lays down in the F-type he will be fine
