Hello Everyone,

New owner of an V6S first jaguar.

Loving the car so far, absolutely love the look of it, especially the rear! Also my first white car, the colour really does the F type justice in terms of its balance of proportions and its contrast in details.

I've had the vehicle for less than a week, and I decided to make some adjustments.

Black wheel caps and grille badge (replaced the red ones) trying to keep the black and white theme
15mm spacers fitted

lots of plans for the future with the car, hopefully it will be a keeper, I've had many cars in the past but generally none have been with me for anymore than a year

Is your S/O a photographer?

Pic 1 is biblical lol, and 8 looks like it came from a brochure. Nice work.

Welcomes

Hi Mr Wyn,
Welcome,
Jag looks great in white, the Pics are magnificent !
Are the spacers on the rear axle 15mm ? Do You think 20mm will go on the rearaxle?
Good luck and have fun!

Hi Carrera,

I have read that with my wheels I am able to fit the spacers, I believe other wheels are difficult with the spacers as theres been some discussion with grinding the tips off the wheel nut thread to fit them on, and anything above 17mm is also difficult I believe (rubbing issues)? I think 20mm will fit but it is already quite ''poky'' in the world of wheels every millimetre certainly makes a big difference, I've attached better pics:

Thanks for the pics. It makes a big different ! :o
Saterday I going to pic up my new Jag with 20" wheels and I already have my 20mm spacers, so I will try them on. If they don't fit, I'm going to look out for an other model of 15mm spacers. Thanks for your reply :)

No Problems! I was the same, I bought my spacers before getting the car too! :D

Hello Mr Wyn,

Lovely car & great colour choice 😄

I’ve got along similar lines to you with changing front badge & wheel centres. I like the silver alloys as match my exhaust pipes & wanted to break up complete monochrome black/white.

I also replaced front grill/centre bar with one-piece Project 7 Grill. Looks fantastic imho & my favourite change so far...

What other modifications you planning?
