Just to clarify.
To add a picture (simple way)
Open a reply box and type your comments/text.
To add a picture tap the "attachments" box then "add files".
This should take you to your device where you can open wherever you store your photos.
Select the photo you want and tap "open".
You will then see it loading underneath the reply box.
Once loaded, place the cursor in the reply box where you want the photo to appear and tap "place inline".
You can then tap "preview" underneath to make sure it's what you want, then "submit".
I know photos can be uploaded using other methods but this is a straightforward way for those not used to these forums.

Open a reply box and type your comments/text.
As Dan pointed out, you have to click Full Editor if you're not quoting a post, the Quick Reply box doesn't offer the Attachments box.
I was talking about the usual standard reply box not the quick reply box as in "post reply".
It's easier for people to understand by using the post reply box where all the additions for uploading files/emojis/text settings and links are there by default rather than trying to use the "Quick reply " box and then having to use full editor to get the same things up.
