Refrained from saying that as Max had had success another way - but reading again it sounds like that was with a pre-programmed Favourite rather than with a UK address input, so yep, sounds quite possible.

Hi

Thanks for all the responses. I've just realised that I haven't responded myself (How rude!)

It was set to Belgium as a couple of you had said! How very odd as the previous owner swears blind that he's never been there!

Anyway, thanks once again for your help
