I didn't realise how enjoyable driving could be until I got my F-Type R last week. I simply cannot stop laughing! Other drivers must think I am mad.

The Meridian sound system has been on for about 30 seconds. Who needs it when you have that exhaust noise?

Car is a bit grubby in this picture, (haven't stopped driving to clean it), but it is due to get a full detail next week. I'll post some more pictures once it's done.

The only drawback: I live too close to work. So we either have to move, or I have get another job further away!

I can relate, after just over 1 year I still look forward to driving it every day (about 85 miles a day) and sit behind the wheel with a BIG smile feeling like a rock star and I only have half the car you have ;-)

Beautifully spec'd car, adore those wheels

Thanks. I'd love an 85 mile commute!

The paintwork has some "one bucket wash" swirls, which is the only thing that I can fault. So I am looking forward to seeing the results after the full paint correction. Hopefully the weather might pick up a little by then too.

I traded in a XF which co-incidentally the same 20" black wheels are body colour. I did think about not telling the wife about the F-Type, and seeing how long it took before she noticed!

Just looking at the darn thing is addictive

To the untrained eye there's no difference between an XF and a F :D
If you saw my front bumper already I doubt you'd still be envious of my daily commute. Its the one thing I do regret .. not getting PPF

It's great isn't it.

3 degrees this morning and had my roof down when the M3 traffic slowed and my 1 junction on M25 - was great to look up at that rare blue sky and hear the birds. I came from an early XE Arse-port so wanted the nice Meridian sounds too, but have found I only have the thing turned on for the news headlines!

What do your work colleagues say as you drive past and decide to do another lap? :D

You don't have to drive straight there (and/or back)! jaguars don't understand the concept of the shortest distance between two points, and neither should you. ;)

Very nice. Congrats.

My previous job was a 7 mile commute each way. Took about 30-40 mins in stop/start traffic.

Current job is 35 miles each way. 50-60 mins. Much more fun. 😁 Costing me an absolute fortune in petrol, but I don't care. πŸ˜‰
