It does depend on spec but I would always push for an 'S' - as above comments, quite a few changes/additional features vs a base V6
If going for an early S, the active exhaust was not standard, so make sure the car has the exhaust button near gear shifter

If you decide on base V6, they are very tune-able and quite easy to get to 450bhp ish (100+ over standard) with a remap & supercharger pulley - something to think about if you want more power
