Looks beautiful sorry to hear you have an issue already, did you buy from Jaguar Dealer? If so will be covered under warranty, I had the same when I got mine it was the lamber sensor and Jaguar did it under warranty. (You can use a Jaguar warranty at any dealer you don’t have to go back to the supplying dealer)

Hello and welcome, I also have a white convertible, hope you get it sorted and it's nothing to worrying. Let us know how it goes.

Bought from an independent dealer, got a short warranty and good job. In 6 days these are current issues:
EML - diagnosed - faulty o2 sensor 3 bank 2
Drivers door lock - completely failed, followed by the passenger door lock also! Had to clamber over the passenger door to get out, when arriving at my own wedding!! Embarrassing or what. New battery going in today, think the car was stood for a while and it’s the original battery. Hoping that irons out some of the electric madness going on
Windscreen washers - don’t work, motors run front and back but no liquid. Reservoir topped up so must be a blockage. No leaks that I can see.
Grumble from front left - possibly wheel bearing - tbc
2 x key fobs - basically falling apart. 1 replaced, will do the 2nd soon
Broke down at a roundabout yesterday - wouldn’t go into gear. Engine off/on fixed it but very worrying.

Call into supplying dealer today who so far have been good and agreed to fix some of it. Not sure how they will feel when I update them with the list of issues and costs associated. If not satisfactory, the car will be returned. Not good.

But…. That exhaust note… !!

What car did you end up getting again?
Was it the one from Ireland?

Really sorry to hear of all your troubles, battery’s low cause all sorts of electrical issues modern electrics need good stable voltage. If dealer won’t sort all issues then returning the car may be your best option. Just the windscreen washers not working on their own means MOT failure. That would make it “not of merchantable quality” and under consumer law means you are due a refund. Hope it doesn’t come to that and it gets sorted, so you end up with a car you love. Good luck.

It had been over to Ireland but supplied but U.K. dealer, it has full history and low mileage compared to others I was looking at.
EML - diagnosed by a friend, o2 sensor thankfully nothing major, supplying dealer agreed to foot the bill
New battery installed seems to have fixed all electrical issues to do with doors locking/unlocking which is good.
Car going into local jag specialist to sort the sensor, windscreen washers (which since battery replacement seem now to half work but more of a dribble than a wash - is this normal?)
Front left grumble either a bearing or suspension related. Either way supplying dealer to meet cost.
Due to the inconvenience they have also now supplied a 12m RAC platinum warranty which is good for peace of mind…

Perseverance will pay off ;)

I see that there are carbon fibre genuine parts on Jaguar website under their clearance section - would these have been able to be specc’d from factory? Thinking about upgrading the bonnet louvres, side vents and mirror caps but don’t want to over-modify - thoughts?

Glad to hear everything is being resolved. Enjoy the ownership.
The headlight washers should be a powerful jet I guess but never watched them, I can see sprays of water when driving though so shouldn't be a dribble. I had to have a new headlight washer pump last year (under extended warranty) as the right side was OK but the left side nothing happened and the cover wouldn't fully retract back into the bumper afterwards.
