Hi all,

just purchased my 2017 2.0 beauty. Collecting it 13-10-21 xx i cant wait... looking for basic advice and tips. all PM welcome.. wont be changing alot but a few tweeks and should be perfect :D

First advice id really like is methods, brands in the UK to lower??? my personal preference is a slightly lower stance.. i cant seem to find anything for this model advertised on UK sites

Hello & welcome. The F-Type certainly looks better lowered/spaced. There’s a big gap to fill with the OEM setup. Another 2L owner has achieved which another poster has copied link to.

Slightly envious of your location. There’s a body shop called The Norwich Bodycentre, who I follow, on IG. I’m sure you’ve heard of them. They do some great stuff. They keep sending tempting marketing messages to have their full detailing package along with a spray-on PPF product that can be applied clear or body colour. I’m considering making the journey. If you ever need any bodywork/cosmetic work these guys are amazing.

Bimey77 hope my post helped, springs are easy to do but if your going for springs do spacers to to get real effect, u look to have carbon blades so no required cutting of studs I thinks, on the spacers 15mm is the norm, I’ve H&R hubcentric spacers

TY Power i could do it myself but i have a pal thats far better than i am on the spanners.. appreciate all the help guys and making me feel welcome... now the torture of waiting till Wed to get her :)
