just purchased a F Type R
Need some help though - left car on drive for 6 days, battery completely flat, needs new battery but need to get into boot. Does anyone know of a mobile technician in the Shropshire area who can get into can and replace battery?

Is car open or locked?
If it's open, easy. Just jump car using the charging points under bonnet.
If it's looked, open car with pull out key on fob, then above.
Google is your friend.
Hope this helps

What he said! And if the battery isn't completely shot, you can recharge it through the jump terminals under the bonnet, too. Oh, and have the fob handy to cancel the alarm when power is applied!

If the car is locked, then it's still easy enough to get in.
Open your key fob by sliding the silver side forward. It will be stiff. Inside is a key blade.
With one hand press and pull the door handle out and you'll find the lock underneath. Take care of your paint and unlock the door.
Once the door is open pick up as said above. Jump the car, open the boot and replace the battery.
I recommend throwing a towel over the boot lip so you can't stut it accidentally
No need to pay a tech lots of money to open the car.
