Hello Pennski,

I've had a lightweight waterproof one made-2-measure with Specialised Car Covers. Already own the OEM one, which is great, but not waterproof.

My idea is to fit both so OEM on first with the soft inside, then the waterproof one on top for extra protection.

I'll fit it sometime this week & will do a posting on it.

Cheers,

Darren

Hiya,
I bought one from these guys .. http://www.specialisedcovers.com/ . I went for one of the prestige indoor covers as lucky to be able to put my F Type away in a cosy garage.
I must say the quality is amazing, not cheap but well worth it, customer service excellent and you can bespoke the logo's to whatever you want.

I have just bought one today from the Jaguar dealer, Stupidly I did not ask about its waterproof qualities only that they called it all weather cover.
Once I have it home I realise it is not waterproof, and the jaguar web site calls it all weather including protection for sunlight frost and SHOWERS, really how can you call it all weather if its not waterproof and whats good of an exterior cover if its not waterproof. So do I get a waterproof cover to cover over the shower proof one, or do I take it back and start again and get one fit for the job......

Ian,

The OEM one was never going to be fully waterproof. I fit the OEM one on first which is nice & soft then for the actual waterprooof one over that.

Works perfectly 👍
