Hi,

I bought a set of these when I was in the US on vacation in the summer with a view of getting Jaguar to fit them when I upgraded my steering wheel from round to flat bottomed. Unfortunately when they did the upgrade they would only fit genuine Jaguar items, which cost me £400

I therefore have these spare. They are lovely bits of engineering and should only take 30 minutes to fit without removing the wheel, I'm not that practical and therefore didn't want too attempt it myself.

There is a thread where they feature on the US forum, details of them and customers experiences are towards the end:

www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f-type-x152- ... 969/page5/

Velocity AP website details below:

www.velocityap.com/product-p/vel-jaguar ... ension.htm

I bought theses in the US to avoid the UK postage and import duties which were over $100

I am just looking to recover what I paid for them which was £169.59. I can provide the receipt.

They are new and still wrapped up tin the bag they were supplied in. As above, just looking to recover the £169.59 I paid.

please PM me with questions and for photos requests.

Thanks
Andrew

These look superb, had I still got my F-type I’d be picking them up for sure ... surprised no one jumped on these ... install is a doddle ... tiny Allen key with the wheel at 90’ and job done in minutes ... GLWS
Storm Grey V6 coupe, fun, fast, popping and crackling with smiles all the way ... missed more than I expected!
1998 NSX 3.2 Targa manual
C43 AMG estate, lots of toys, like the F-Type but with 4 seats and far more stealthy but still with pops and crackles!

Agreed, very easy to fit however originals have a torx bolt T20- not an Allen key.

Kev

Edited to correct torx size to T20.

Be careful with that as I used a T20 when I changed mine over and it's easy to chew them up if you aren't careful.
Pic from the fitting instructions on Topix.

I do apologise. Yes it’s. T20. Also easy to damage them if you don’t insert the driver in perpendicular and also mine were very tight which didn’t help. I bought some spares off eBay (T20 torx (Pan head) M4 x 12 ).
