Experts suggest a new tyre is designed for a lifespan of between 1 to 5 years
If correctly stored seems a little longer, but they age regardless of if stored or on a car, just more slowly when stored. The best illustration I see talks of a rubber band left in a drawer, deteriorates in a just a few years
Low mileage original F type tyres are now likely to be >7 years old, mounted, deteriorated and potentially dangerous

Just my personal opinion but I would not touch a tyre more than a couple of years old on a high performance car given it's likely to be on for another 2-3 years if used on less frequent basis
