Part numbers I think I've seen for the latest generation are:

Clutch: T2R27466
Flywheel: T2R20968

Loads of info about them on the US forum - they love their manuals!

15,390 new F-Types registered in UK from 2012 to 30th September 2021

Of which only 214 were manuals = 0.0139%
(13.91 per 1,000 registered)

2012 Total = 0
2013 Total = 0
2014 Total = 0
2015 Total = 60
2016 Total = 63
2017 Total = 33
2018 Total = 46
2019 Total = 10
2020 Total = 1 (older model)
2021 Total = 1 (older model)

As of 30th September 2021, of the 214 registered in UK.
207 are left of which 15 of them were SORN.

4th gen clutch part numbers are T2R27466 ,T2R20968 (flywheel). The crap clutches were around June/July 2015 but here have been several upgrades including flywheels over the years.
This is the gist that i got from researching the USA forums. Also i believe that the problem coolant "y" pipe on f types was replaced with part number AJ813865 so if you find a car it might be worth finding out if these part numbers are to the chassis number of it.
The only ones i would consider at the moment are the £40k one at Bolden Colliery ,which was originally advertised at £45k but is still £3k to £4k overpriced in my eyes. Or the £44500 one at Merc Benz for a newer vehicle. Unfortunately neither are in the colours i want.

So the number you mention - is that the number of manuals for that year?

Not bad at all - I was thinking there might have 20 odd max each year if that.

I guess question is how many were coupes out of that total.

Also I don't know where 4% of sales were manuals keeps coming from. UK stats below by year. At best in 2016 it was 2.82% and overall it's way below 0.5%

Of which how many were manuals? / Percentage of total sales
2013 Total = 0 - 0.00%
2014 Total = 0 - 0.00%
2015 Total = 60 - 2.84%
2016 Total = 63 - 2.82%
2017 Total = 33 - 1.51%
2018 Total = 46 - 2.46%
2019 H1 = 4 - 0.41%

If you want an exact % I can query Gov Transport system for an exact answer if you want!

Thanks for all the info guys.

So I bought an 22k miler 1 owner M2 Manual but I’m still on the lookout for an F-type Manual S Coupe. Somehow I doubt anyone would want to do direct swap, but if anyone does feel like a change - I’d defo be up for considering it.

Alternatively I’d still be open to buying, if some one is selling theirs.

I love the M2 so far… but I love classic coupe design more which the M2 isn’t (despite loving how it looks) . I can’t believe jag gave the f type all that HP but my previous z4 coupe from 2008 had the same performance as the f type in manual form anyway.

Anyone know the definitive 0-60 times for a manual in S and non S form?

Ps I’m using 0-60 time to understand the performance - I actually don’t care about 0-60 but more how fast the car feels.

For a MY2016 car the published figures are.
V6 340 = Auto 5.1 seconds, Manual 5.5 seconds.
V6 'S' 380 = Auto 4.8 seconds, Manual 5.3 seconds.
Figures are for 0-60 MPH

Thanks. yeh 5.3 and 5.5 - a bit surprised thats the best they could get out of 340 and 380 bhp. I'm guessing its the weight thats slowing the car down

Lightweight sports car it is not. Have you driven one yet? It has a well built luxury feel to it and the auto is so good very few people went for the manual.

Nope not driven one yet but I prefer manuals every time over an auto. Unless it was the SVR in which case the power justifies an auto - for me anyway
