F-Type wanted - wish list

Hi guys,
Had to postpone my search briefly following an expensive home emergency. A collapsed sewage drain is not recommended.
The joys of home ownership!
Fast forward a couple months, the garden no longer looks or smells like a farm and I’m back on the search.
I’m taking a look at a motor on Friday, it would super helpful if someone (simpleR, I suspect) could run a history check for me? Reg is- OV16 YCB

Car 30374.

Looks good. Not a Paragon Fleet car but registered in Oxford from new. MOT looks good, my rear pads were also low at 30k miles so all seems good.

FJSH (see below). Nothing to report. Worth checking if rear diff oil was done at 4yrs as not recorded, likewise spark plugs at 5yrs.

With any second hand car always worth doing a car check like Car Vertical who sponsor the forum (and offer 10% off).

I was sadly outbid on the car I last enquired about. Someone was willing to go to asking, despite the price being more than market value imo.
