The problem for me is not the adds as such, but the animations that blink all the time. I use a desktop and a 32" monitor.
My cat sits next to me guarding the mouse - really, no joke - . Every time an add starts blinking he turns around and
goes to sleep with its back towards the monitor. I guess we should all do that as a protest to the "overkill" in adds.
The forum is free for users, that way users are attracted. And sure, cost have to be covered, no sweat.
So when I got a request to switch of my adblocker I did. But I just switched it back on. None of the adds are of
any interest to me : running shoes on a car forum ???
